(MSRPO) Coalition website.
MSRPO speaks for recreational property owners at the State Capitol, seeking
tax fairness for families that own cabins, lakeshore, hunting shacks and
seasonal property in Minnesota. We know that cabins are where family
happens in Minnesota, and we aggressively defend that way of life.
For more than a decade, MSRPO has been
the only advocate for fair and equitable taxation
for Minnesota's 120,000 seasonal property owners.

This election there will be a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot - the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment - that will impose an additional three-eighths of a cent sales tax, raising approximately $300 million/year in 2008 dollars..... more
